  • If the item is defective or incorrect, kindly include clear pictures of the defect or error in your initial email, along with a brief explanation of the issue.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please note that all shipping expenses for returning items are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Clearly label the package with “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid any misunderstandings during processing.
