Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia):

- Delivery Time: 7–10 business days.

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

International Shipping (Including the European Union):

- Delivery Time: 10–14 business days.

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and applicable customs charges.

Customs & VAT: For orders shipped to the European Union, Value-Added Tax (VAT) may apply. We are registered for the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) to collect VAT for orders up to €150 at the point of sale, ensuring a seamless customs process. Orders above €150 may be subject to additional customs duties upon arrival.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For International Orders, Including the EU:

Handle with Care is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to your order.

If your order is being shipped to the EU, VAT may be collected at checkout under the IOSS system for orders under €150.

For orders above €150, additional customs duties and handling fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Some EU member states may impose handling or administrative fees for customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your order is shipped, Handle with Care cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for assistance using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours at handlewithcareaus@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the damage.
  • Photos of the damaged item(s).

We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
